Services

First Fitting and Design Consultation (1.5 hrs)

If you’re coming in for your first fitting and design consultation, please make sure to bring a pair of dress shoes, as well as your best fitting dress shirt with you to help aid your sizing process.

Please also be sure to bring any style, fit and/or design inspiration you may have. Need inspiration? Please feel free to check out our instagram page @toloclothier.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, we may need to reschedule. Please understand that we are fully booked, but will try our best to accommodate late arrivals - if our schedule permits. Second Fitting Try On / Pick Up (Reserved for ONE customer at a time - 30 minutes)

If you’re coming to try on your finished garment (s) for the first time, please bring a pair of dress shoes with you to help assess the fit of your trousers. Please disregard if you did not order any dress pants.

Please note that this service is meant for only ONE customer at a time. To inquire about bringing someone who also needs to tryon their order with you, please email info@toloclothier.com and someone will get back to you within 24 business hours.

At tolo clothier we pride ourselves on ensuring that each client leaves with their desired fit. During our in-depth 2nd fitting process, our team will fully review each finished garment with the client to ensure that their personal preferences (specified at their initial fitting) were met. If any alterations discussed during this 2nd fitting process are needed, we’ll happily handle them directly at our shop for no extra charge - clients will then be scheduled to pick up/tryon their adjustments for a later date. If any additional alterations are needed (outside of what was initially discussed during the client’s preliminary 2nd fitting process) the client will be subject to a tailoring fee.

Alteration/Alteration Pick Up (20 minutes)

If you're coming to pick up, or need alterations, please bring a pair of dress shoes with you to help assess the fit of your pants. If you are not trying on dress pants, please disregard.

Please note that we cover alteration costs for 1 week after any tolo garment has left our shop. Any items needing alterations outside of this 1 week window will come at a cost.
